MSNBC | The Last Word
The look for the Lawrence O'Donnell show is the result of a rigorous design process. Lawrence and the editorial staff expressed an interest telling the story of Lawrence's career through Washington, Hollywood and New York City. Additionally, there was a need to speak to the authoritative and reductive implications of the shows title. We accomplished this with a single camera move that captures the noisy 'news' of the day flying through the air to form artistically rendered icons of Lawrences life story. The sequence resolves with the clutter forming the neatly rendered logotype, reinforcing the shows underlaying concept.

HBO | Punch Zone
HBO Sports Boxing After Dark was rolling out a new fight tracking utility. I designed and logo transitions and CHYRON style guides. Unfortunately most of this look was lost in the translation into the HyperX.
